If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Custom map orders

For custom map orders, you are responsible for providing accurate route information and specifications. We will create maps based on the information you provide.

Custom maps are non-refundable unless there is a cartographic error on our part. Minor variations in design or layout preferences are not considered errors.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns and refunds

If you receive a map with a cartographic error, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the error.

Standard maps may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. Custom maps are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and map designs, is the property of garnet-dune or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Maps purchased from us are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our maps without express written permission.
