Right to rectification

Right to erasure

  • You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
  • The data has been unlawfully processed
  • The data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions:

  • You contest the accuracy of the data
  • Processing is unlawful and you request restriction instead of erasure
  • We no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims
  • You have objected to processing pending verification of legitimate grounds

Right to object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions, particularly for direct marketing purposes.

Right to data portability

You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Response timeframe

We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer if your request is particularly complex or you have made multiple requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Complaint to supervisory authority

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Legal basis for processing
